Here is Sonny with his lady. She was doing sexy poses to try to get his attention but it didn't work. She'll have to try harder next time I guess. By the way Sonny has been playing peek-a-boo for the past two weeks so when I get a picture of that I will be sure to post it.
This is Sonny's faker face, when I try to wash him after dinner that is the look I get from him. The one in the orange shirt is him pretending he knows what the food on the spoon tastes like and he doesn't want more but in reality he's never tried it. I think acting is in his future.

Sorry this is late but Easter seems to have snuck up on me. I hope you all had a good one since you are probably not going to see this until Monday. Sonny got a new Easter outfit from his Great-Nana and Great-Grumps so we had some pictures taken in it. Also he saw the Easter Bunny and as you can see he wasn't scared. Unfortunately the feather duster that the photographer used to try to make him smile had the opposite affect.

Ok, so here is Sonny with his dogs. If only he could push himself forward he wouldn't get stuck under the phone table. The little boy on the couch is Sonny's friend Frankie, he came to visit last week. Sorry my story line doesn't match the pictures but I can't remember which order I uploaded them in. There are pictures of Sonny being bathed by two of his grandmothers (the third was on vacation). Great-Nana braving Sonny's bare buns, woohoo. If only he could meet Great-Grumps. Oh, there is one of him and his friend Sidney holding hands on St. Patrick's Day. Sonny is also learning how to be fresh when he eats as you can see he pushes the spoon away now.
Sonny has a new tooth today. I can't wait until you can actually see it in pictures. This one was a bit harder to take than the other two. I guess it will be more fun from here on out as the teeth get bigger. Yippee can't wait. Like Mom always said "you have to suffer to be beautiful" come to think of it though that was while she was yanking our hair out in clumps to make a nice braid. Hmm, I don't know if the teeth thing counts for that.

Now
This day last year
Just a little note to wish everyone a Happy St. Patty's Day!!! Yes, Sonny is part Irish.... I just remembered that last year on this day I had my 20 week ultrasound done. The one where you can find out the sex, something we didn't want to know. Boy has Sonny grown since that picture.
Sonny had a check up on Friday, he's now 19lb 8oz and 30 inches long. He is still off the charts in his height but his weight is lagging behind at 75%. He is still okay for his age but he's a little bit light compared to his height. I guess he won't need to join weight watchers. He can eat yogurt and cheese now, that's exciting! She did mention how yellow he is but she didn't seem too concerned. Of course he had to show off and wave good-bye to the doctor. I'm adding some updated pictures since it's been a while. Sorry, we were out of town and I have been really busy for some reason. I could only take so many pictures of Sonny with his first cold. His new pictures are his crazy hairdo, his snotty nose, napping with Aunt Bren and the new face he learned how to make.

Sorry this kid is yellow but he really likes his orange veggies. The Dr. said it's very common for kids his age to be a hint of yellow. Well, maybe it won't last too long as he is moving on to bigger and better things. Here he is gnawing on his first NY pizza crust and some baby snack crackers, sweet potato flavor of course.

This picture was taken because Sonny's Great Grandpa is in the hospital. My Aunt brought a picture to Grandpa to cheer him up but he demanded a picture with his "cap" on. I took this today and posted it so that it could be printed and delivered to the hospital ASAP. I hope it works!!!
